Impure thoughts are the past.They are realized and let go. The new path is pure and love. Love will guide my thoughts. The actions will only be the result of love. It is right. I choose this. I am capable of this. I am doing this. To do this I must be in the moment. My mind clear and present.

When confronted with your fear. Know that anxiety and hormones are the cause. Say to yourself "You are of no harm to me, I love you, I embrace you." Think happy associations. Like nourishment, joy, love. Take deep breaths to release your anxiety. Or say "I am here, I am safe, I am surrounded by and giving love."

Let go of the weakness. Embrace the strength. I am full of love for myself and for everyone. To be afraid of others views of me is weakness. And pointless. I come from a place of love. My thoughts are love. I will speak the love. If it is not "nice" it was intended to bring about good and done out of love. It is not criticism, it is honesty and my true self.

What they say may be wrong, sarcastic or intended to hurt me. But as long as compassion is alive in me, I am immunized against suffering. You are allowing them to express themselves and relieve their suffering.

Emotions. Like a storm. You are the tree when you look at the top it is moving and looks unstable. But look at the trunk and how it stays still and sturdy as it is rooted. Like practicing yoga, physical pain may be present but there is no response. Just awareness as my mind can somewhat disconnect from that and focus on the breath. Lets practice that with feelings and emotions before they overwhelm.
