Could You Be a Superhero of Slam?
Commonword is running a series of slams called 'Return of The Superheroes of Slam' which will culminate in a grand final at the Frog and Bucket, Manchester on 21st of October. The winner of the final will get a super cash prize and be awarded the Dike Omeje Trophy.
In partnership with Commonword, Write Out Loud is running the first three heats of the competition and the first one will take place on Monday 1st June at the Octagon Theatre, Bolton - doors open at 7.30pm for an 8pm prompt start. Prizes for the heat: 1st £50, 2nd £20 3rd runner up prize.
