I must fly away to a distant land 
and try to produce a promising future 
for me and my lil man. I can do this, yes, I will 
..life is a thrill and I don’t want to rely on a pill. 

Life ain’t always what it seems, 
it is hard to live the dream, life coming apart at the seams 
I just want to be free from society and change what my priorities are, 
not fit in with the crowd, because I am born to stand out 

Don’t judge me man, I have a different plan 
just because it isn’t your idea of how life should be 
doesn’t mean that it isn’t right for me 

So what I like to smile and laugh, 
life is too short to be stuck in the past 
holding on to whatever to make it through life 
you should really relax and ease your strife 

I am sure you know, life does not come wrapped in a bow 
cliché I know, however you have to just let go and have fun 
let your mind relax from the constant run of everyday things 
take a break and stop to sing & smell the flowers, dance in the shower 
treat every hour like it is your last, make life a blast!
