Ice People
We are all cold,
We are all brittle.
Frozen in place by our chilling ways-
Stagnant stalactites, stalagmites clinging to our hollow caves.
We are all separate. Frozen in place-
The 'Truth' our hateful society dictates:
Let the Ice take over! Let our cold thoughts grow,
Let the numbing freeze be all we know.
For we remain brittle with icy exteriors,
With contious aniexty "Are the stalactites superior?".
But the Ice is firm, yet not strong,
Cold words and fronts? A facade all along,
For we are loving creatures; warm in blood and heart.
With a flow of natural affection let the social melting start.
For alone we are brittle, cold and numb.
But together, collectively, our warming can overcome,
And we will be a tepid sea of free flowing admiration
Happiness, social freedom and humanistic continuation.
