The Big Man With a Little Prick

I'm new here but was inspired to join in and post this i wrote years ago. by a comment by Cynthia Buell Thomas on a poem posted by Sebastian.

The Big Man With a LITTLE Prick.

He's just a big man with a little prick

so what's the point?

When you are so arrogant

You know better than to explain

What the majority just don't get.

Go ahead! Be a big man

But you've still got a little prick

So what's the point?

You ride your high horse, go ahead

Trample the minions if you must, but

One day you'll fly to close to the sun

Scorch your wings like Icarus did

End up with 97% Burns and

3% Worsworth with zero tolerance

and you'll still have a little prick.

He once ran too fast with a hard on

Hit a wall and broke his nose, then

Because he needed an extension,

Named his adopted son ''Richard.''

He's just a big man with a little prick

And a huge inferiority

Complex.

Hello Isobel, it really was written years ago. Too irresistable to resist posting it.
I don't know sebastian any more than sebastian knows me so it isn't personal to him or you. If i'm being completely honest my interpretation of his poem was one of a pregnant teenager with little kids.
Go on, 'av a laff. You know you want to.
Suzy. Thankyou for commenting.

I'm not sure whether Sebastian has a big or a small prick - I haven't got to know him well enough yet. If we are talking metaphors I would say that he has his faults like all of us but that he also has his good points. He made a grave error of judgement with one poem. If you check the rest out you will see that he does have a heart. If this poem was written a year ago then it was probably written about some bastard and I would laugh and say 'Good on you girl - get your own back!' For now I would say to Sebastian, Suzy or whoever you are - can we please have some light hearted funny poems up here please - I need to laugh.
