~
You lay your hands on both sides of my face, and the room falls away. I have never gotten so lost in a kiss before. And then, the space between us explodes. My heart keeps missing beats as your hands cannot bring me close enough to you. We taste one another, realizing we have been starving. We have loved before, but never any that have felt such as this. We've kissed others before, but none that have burned us alive. Maybe it lasts a minute, and maybe for an hour. All I'm certain of is that kiss, and how soft your skin is when it brushes up against mine, and that even if I did not know it until now, I have been waiting for you forever.

The lay out makes it look like a prose. It's really beautiful, tantalizing even but I don't know if I can call it a poem.
