Tree
The mighty has fallen, its roots deeply exposed
Did it make a loud sound? A big Thump when it fell
Or did it silently uproot the coming Hell
The loneliness of pain magnified by this prose
Inch by inch, the sadness, the tears flowing upstream
To awoke the giant that lies beneath the hood
A creature so horrible that spiders flea the wood
Too savage, too hell bent to replace his own Dream
The lovely, cute princess arrives on the border
To shine a deep spotlight on this vast exposure
A warm smile is needed to behave this creature
Collar this ugly beast for your distinct order
The roots will grow back in on this soft bed of roses
That planted for mercy, commandments of Moses.
