I wondered if you noticed

the ripples spreading

as the myelin broke beyond the pitch

and time's protective sheath falling limp like milky fog.

Did you see the surge of spatial fabric

bend shapes in the distance?

Or, did your sense become null

while logic's eye became entwined

with your future human form standing frozen still?
