The Proud man

entry picture

I don't want no trouble

That's what he said in his mind

But his lips are lying

They boast and spout threats

A coward putting up a whitewash facade

Fear strikes

Then he thinks to himself

'Is that you death?

Don't come just yet,

I still have so many things left to..

Gulp, I better swallow my pride before I ...'

Thud

Blood goozes

As he looses...

Beep Beep Beeeeeeeeeeeep Be..

Excuse my picking up on this Pablo and no disrespect but it had me thinking of a shoot out in a Clint Eastwood film - few options left and a bit of dangerous introspection.

Enjoyed reading it!
