Here are the contact details regarding 'Read Regional 2017', which Martin was talking about. It  appears be an initiative to encourage people to both write and read books and poetry within the context of the library system with some sponsorship from the Arts council.

Much of the other representation seems to be heavily in the North East and also Yorkshire with only Blackburn, Cumbria and Stockport representing the North West.

It may be that central library may want to encourage a poetry session there!
