Collapse
The shelter was ruined by the thunderous rain
As the roof collapsed in, and soaked everything
Making the residents scatter out in the sting
To wash the moral guilt of the natural vain
The seismic downpour into the household gut
Around the precipice of the immense collapse
Raised the stakes of the debt into timbers of scraps
That dinged the exit sign in peeling coconut
Gather outside to see the flooding deep inside
As the moments wear on for the soulless troubles
Sparking outcry, outrage, for the boiling bubbles
The cheapness of the roof gave the pressure applied
At the price of many, at the price of plenty
Homeless without passion for the guilt of many
