Does Mother Nature show the need

To define what makes a flower or weed?

Everything has its natural place

While Man decides to give it space.

 

The dandelion - or "lion's tooth"

Is one example - and in truth

Would be treasured on a vine

Ensuring its future as a wine!

 

Does Mother Nature seek to guide a

flea to be free of the web of a spider...

Or help the spider to avoid a bird?

Such presumption seems absurd.

 

Yet Mankind seeks to issue orders

Inventing artificial borders,

Making room for some built-in need...

To keep "innocent" bloom from "guilty" weed!
