Last Lecture
As the mad hatter says the world belongs to you
Be mad as my tall hat, and carry on Alice
To flame a new vision of avoiding malice
As the last lecture ends to the most stunning view
Hearing about his dreams through the simple stories
Of a boy growing up with a clear wisdom path
You recollect your past, without thought aftermath
What were your childhood dreams? What brought you saintly glories?
Now as middle-aged man, I don't remember much
Never writing one down, not thinking long enough
Can I start new chapter, am I old for this stuff?
Concluding with never, age is never to touch
Life is too short to dry and to wither away
Be smart at the brick walls, don't let lead you astray
