The innocent young one that get's carried on back
For their own protection, to be given a snack
In the trees they climb up to see all life's wonder

Bright eyed and tailless shape with these exploring
Looking around for danger and for food
These marsupials climb, an eucalyptus mood
Sleeping most of their days hopefully not snoring

The joeys in their pouch to guide them to adult
The mother protects them and wants the best of life
Their grayish brownish fur wanted to pet wildlife 

Living in solitude you won't find them in cult
But when you see the cheeks you want to have cuddles
A beautiful creature that will want more snuggles.
