Going back
Growing up in small town, there wasn't much to do
You would hang out with friends, ride your bike to the pit
Start a huge bonfire, drink beer and seem unfit
Till the time to study and make yourself world view
Solitary college, and making a new group
With like-minded thesis of intellect spitting
Vibrating to subjects as atoms are splitting
And within a few years towards a business soup
Finding your better half and settling down to core
Raising a family and working bones away
To subtle advantage of the purse strings replay
Retire in small town, with nothing much to score
Drink beer and seem unfit, start the wood fireplace
Looking at the children, hanging out in their space
