New Titles from Flarestack

In 2009, Flarestack Poets, the new imprint from Flarestack Publishing, ran a pamphlet competition to choose the first three titles from the new press. Judged by Meredith Andrea and Jacqui Rowe, co-directors of Flarestack Poets, the competition received over 200 entries.

The overall winners were Cliff Forshaw with ‘Wake’, and Selima Hill with ‘Advice On Wearing Animal Prints’. Both of these titles are now available from Flarestack Poets, along with an anthology of the best single poems from the competition – ‘Mr Barton Isn't Paying’.

The pamphlets are £5.50 each (including p&p). To order send a cheque, payable to Flarestack Poets, to: Flarestack Poets, P.O. Box 14779, Birmingham. B13 3GU
