Mess
My poetry at times it does
Get me in such a mess
The grammar's bad the spelling wrong
A mess I must address
But this is not the mess I mean
This hits me from the rear
My verse it gains a sudden soul
And in my eye, a tear
It seems that I can have two messes
One in poetic script
The other on a deeper plane
Emotions getting ripped

Jane - 'frosted with', I like that. Bipolars are very emotional. It often comes out in my writing. Guess it's a way of healing ?

Indeed Don this piece mirrors quite a bit of emotion compared to other poems I've read by you. I really enjoyed this one. Excellent rhyme as always frosted with a little bit of the inner you! ?Jane

I look at this and think did I really write this? It's still ripping emotions reading it 12 months later ?

I agree with the others. Pure emotion shows in this and it makes it very touching. I think a lot of people could find themselves in it.
