A lovely poem.... Effective structure, repetition and parallellism...

This line is really clever in portraying idea of no strength or vindication in the words she speaks

I sense your frustration and the passion behind what you are writing by the fact most of al I suspect nobody is actually listening to you even when you are present in company and speaking. The desire to be alone can be just as strong as it can for some to want to be in a crowd. But I agree with David in that it might be helpful not to totally isolate yourself . Take care

Monologues can be exhausting. It's natural to expect others to join in, but they don't always.
The term "self-actualization" comes to mind, here. I hesitate to expand too much, but you may find it an interesting concept anyway.
