I had a much earthier poem but thought it might offend some people so I did not post it.

Everyone needs to take a shit
but they don't need to sit in it

I have some folks around me that love to complain and moan. I believe you have to talk about everything but if you don't have a solution spend time finding one not just flapping your lips. Drives me nuts.
