Cultivate Life - October 2018 Collage Poem

entry picture

My lightened, chastened offspring

Return to me, unknowing

Pincher Martin feeds devious plots

Tick Tock

Am I living? Am I breathing?

Life created by a whimper

Hyenas rejected at a tender age

Babies burst from beautiful bodies

But human nature drives towards annihilation

Leeching veins cling for life through the zealous

Suffocation of being fed with spikes

The House of Lies torn apart by our faith

In our honesty and truth of life

For War is the liar's love of death

The woolpack mob in black

Leather jackets chase fearful wolfs away.
