Old Dogs

Them ole dogs

are just like us

they're old and lame

and sleep too much

Some even go

accusing us

of being slow

and out of touch

We don't care

what people say

we can still chase

stray cats away

While us old dogs

have common plight

our bark still works

just not our bite.

Some still have strong bark
But others caught in trap
And only have to scare
A weak and little yap ?
