Debjani Chatterjee Poetry Workshop
If you are in the Bradford area next Saturday afternoon, you might like to go along to Debjani Chatterjee’s workshop at Kala Sangam, St. Peter’s House in Forster Square.
The workshop is to be held on Saturday, 6th March, from 2-4.30pm, and is inspired by the theme of mothers and sisters as March 8th is International Women’s Day and the 14th is Mothering Sunday.
It is absolutely free and open to both men and women, of any ability. The workshop is in English, but participants may read and write in any language. If you already have short poems on the subject under focus, you are welcome to bring, and share them.
Debjani Chatterjee has written, edited and translated over 50 books; her readings and workshops have been described as inspirational and not to be missed.
