without meaning,

 just symbols..

 cuneiform, hieroglyphics

fingernails scratched into stone

hiding from past failures, let downs, heartbreaks, setbacks,

heart attacks

thought patterns...

unclogs pores..

release emotions onto paper with pen and ink
