I'm selling a house in disrepair,

So many faults,I do despair !

I despise the house the area is bad,

To sell it as it is I will be extremely glad.

 

No central heating,no hot running water,

Need a better school to send my daughter.

Due to dampness there is black mold everywhere.

We tried selling it before but got nowhere.

 

Its on an ex council estate,a bad one at that,

With drug dealers dealing and infested with rat.

Neighbours fighting and arguing all day long,

Canabis plants flowering ,oh what a pong !

 

I bought it from a murderer ,in prison for life,

Who murdered his brother and his wife.

I've put it on the market awaiting a bid,

I've been perfectly honest nowt have I hid.

 

I am an honest estate agent eager to sell,

Telling the truth ,don't want to end up in hell.

Showed it to many ,but  no sale yet,

But in walks a vicar and a buyer I did get.
