PIGBABY
PIGBABY is a fantastic literary weekend party of poetry, short stories, and literary fun which will take place in the Sussex countryside during the weekend of 1st and 2nd May.
Saturday, 1st May starts with a special poetry masterclass with leading poet and double winner of the T.S. Eliot prize, Don Paterson; and during the day there will be further classes and readings with acclaimed poets including James Brookes, Brendan Cleary, Maria Jastrzębska, Jo Slade, Catherine Smith, and many others.
The masterclass with Don Paterson will be limited to 20 poets, so book early to avoid disappointment.
Sunday, 2nd May is devoted to short stories, and boasts appearances from a whole host of fiction writers including Nicky Singer, Bethan Roberts, Dave Swann, and Susannah Waters.
Tickets start at just £10, and refreshments and a bar are available all weekend.
All events take place at Beechwood Hall, Cooksbridge, Near Lewes in East Sussex; and there will be a shuttle bus running from Lewes station to Cooksbridge.
