Hello Daz, I am a relative newcomer to WOL and recently came across your profile, the poems of which I have enjoyed, especially Late Meetings, Today we painted a door, Finding Myself and Performance. I like your style and wit. I look forward to reading more. Thanks. Keith

Daz, I am so honoured that you went home that very night and took the time to research 'Star Songs' on WOL. On Friday, when I found your comment, my heart skipped a beat as the email threw me back six years. I know I had tears in my eyes. Thanks again for a wonderful surprise. And encouragement to keep writing.
Cynthia

Daz.. thank you very much for your very kind appraisal on 'Truncheon for Luncheon'. Your own account relating to this part of our social history is superb.
Met and sat with you at 'Guitar and Verse' in Tyldesley with Jeffarama last year. (Ian Whiteley and Paper Town gig). Keep on writing Dazzer and I look forward see and hear you and your stuff again. (Like your audio stuff as well). DD

Thank you for your lovely comment Daz. The night was great and my nerves were frazzled by the end but being in good supportive company certainly helps.

Thanks Darren for you lovely comments on my poem 'The Man Next Door'. I never thought I would live to know someone who is truly homeless as I would like to think my door is open to any of my friends or family if they are in need. I have learnt though, that some people can feel so worthless it leaves them unable to grasp a helping hand, even when it's thrust right under their nose. There are too many holes within society's safety nets for these people to fall through.

Dazzer. Good to see you back.
Loved the Costa Coffee the first time around. Very clever. Deansgate Bridge is very poignant and moving. Keep them coming. DD

Daz, the technical chaps are snowed under with important systems stuff but tell me that if you can sign in using your old email + password ( there is a way of getting a reminder of your password if forgotten) you can then delete your old profile yourself. Give it a go.

Hi Daz, thanks for your comment and message. Please never under estimate your poetry. I have just read Hey Hipster and it is really good. You are right about conformity as it is nothing more than a form of conditioning which robs people of their very inner being. Keep writing mate. I love it. Keith
