Poetry Experiments Workshop 1

The following piece is a found poem. The words have been selected from the King James Bible, Genesis 1 through 26. The text been taken from an on line resource, here - http://quod.lib.umich.edu/cgi/k/kjv/kjv-idx?type=DIV1&byte=1477 . Each word was chosen according to the Fibonacci sequence of numbers (see here - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fibonacci_number) i.e. 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, ... So the first word of the text was chosen, then the next one then the second next one, then the third next, the fifth etc up to the 6,765th next word. Numbers were considered part of the text but not titles or subtitles. If any punctuation appeared after a word it was considered part of that word. The word count function was used in a Microsoft Word document to aid selection. It is hoped that the ever-increasing interval of numbers in the Fib sequence leads to an increasing randomness of words as the piece progresses.
