scrabbling about
I'm sure you all know the rules! I am just going to take seven letters out my scrabble box - and we have . . .
I R A E D O Y
Oh blimey! I don't think I've thought this through!
To play you must of course have your own scrabble game, and make a word out of my letters, then pick some new letters to make the total back up to seven. Or maybe we can all hibernate instead! ;-)

D A R A E R and we already have Y

Don't you just hate smart arsed poets who are too good at scrabble Ann?This sounds fun and has quite a lot of freedom built into it.
Are you really prepared for all the foul things we may think up? Will have a go myself but not till after the week-end - am not functioning on much till next week. Good on you for thinking up a new challenge!

I can't play -- I have no Scrabble and have never played it but would like to list my favourite letters as a token of appreciation for this lovely thread:
x,b,q,k,h
I'm not overly keen on vowels.
Thank you.

Sounds like one of those wonderful biblical New England type names like Behepsibah! Behepsibah Jones sounds like a good name - maybe I'll write a poem about her! Shall I get you a box of Scrabble for christmas?;-) My dad ALWAYS used to win - me=140, mum=98, dad=393
PS I'm going to call you Mxy Csmr from now on! xx
