WEATHERING THE WINTER In the midst of fog and rain The weather itself seems to copy my pain The raindrops shadow my tears The wind represents my fears But spring is nearly upon us The daffodils bravely flower without fuss Birds sing songs of support Sun brings a warming comfort However dark the world does feel With time winter wounds do heal Mud dries with clearer days Flowers grow under the suns gaze So as days lengthen & skies clear Spring feels ever so near And like the world I will leave the dark behind And my own inner sunshine I will find

This is lovely, I like how although things seem so dark at times, you still hold onto hope, it takes great courage and bravery ....I know :)
