Biography
I'm a Christian and I love to write poems. However, I have been moved to write my point of view on the country I love so much. Since the election our country has been thrown into so much turmoil. I fear we are forgetting the Christian values, that once made our country great; and that the Scriptures still hold dear. It has become a burden on my heart and so I share my thoughts. For over 35 years since I have been saved, when I go to the Father our communication comes out in rhyme. So on this platform I feel led to share With any who will listen And any who will care

I can not, get over it I can not just,move on Because, this is my life My heart, and my song I Am I Am a women, a child of God The granddaughter of an immigrant The daughter of a public servant and a feminist The wife of a veteran The mother of a disabled child, of sons and a daughter I have had plenty and I have had little I have lived in good neighborhoods And poor neighborhoods I have lived in grand homes And I have been homeless It is for all of them I speak It is for all of them I write It is for all of them I fight
