I have journeyed to the past, 

    and learned who I am at last.

I am a daughter of the Earth,

    in these bare hills, I share my birth. 

I am the song carried on the breeze,

    like the gulls and daws, above the trees.

I am the Fire that lights the way,

    after the sun has ceased to mark the day.

The waters clear press on my heart

    and complete the process of my art.

I am the daughter of elements like these,

    I am at home among hills, fire, air and seas.

I walk the Earth as my Ancestors did,

    I dance around the hearth like an enchanted kid.

I fly like the gulls and show my worth,

    I change like the sea with each rebirth.

I am the daughter of the sun and sky.

    I am the daughter of the moon riding high.

Wild is my nature and peace is my name,

    forever changing, will stay the same.
