Lost in a world where I don't belong
Trying to be honest
But it feels so wrong
Hidden inside for way too long

Demon’s inside
Are starting to play
Causing chaos and havoc
Having their say
Trying to convince me and sway me away
Those demons inside

Loved ones around me
But it's like they’re not there
Wanting to talk and wanting to share
Yet feeling alone

Wanting to shout
But in silence I scream
Torture and torment
Dark thoughts and bad dreams
Need to escape; I just need to breathe
Still wanting to shout

Lost in a world where I don’t belong
Where ignorance is bliss
And societies wrong
Finding a pathway to travel along
Find a way in this world where I don't belong
