There’s a poetry festival 
it’s happening this weekend 
In the town of Kirkby Lonsdale 
tell your family, tell your friends 

There’s lots of performances planned
some ticketed, some for free 
A fun time for all 
celebrating all aspects of poetry  

So come along if you can
who knows what you may hear or see
One thing for sure 
the poets will all be better than me 😁
