The Giiirl in the Orange dress
The girl in the orange dress
Awaits some one for sweet caress
Gentle eyes flick round the scene
Her breath is still, her eyes serene
Beneath the dress belies her calm.,
Her beating heart pounds as if alarmed
Anticipate a lovers trust
Overcome with pent up lust
Two strangers, yet., not strange at all
Whose lives brush by to each they call
Both need a hand and safe to hold
To keep the other from the cold.
A haven now they have to crave
The curtain closes on on the day
To sink into each other’s arms
To shut the world off shut the harm.
Just now two souls in walls alone
Another world creates its dome
Protecting them from daily stress
Together with the Orange dress.
