Colours of life
Your canvas of life,
A tapestry of hues,
But alas, it is stained,
With the colours of fear.
No matter which palette you choose,
No matter which brush you hold,
The final outcome remains,
A blend of dread and anxiety.
Oh, how you long to paint,
With colours of relationships,
Blending happiness, prosperity, and peace,
But alas, the canvas resists,
Fear's hues seep through,
Tainting the beauty of connections true.
And if you dream to paint,
With the brush of unconditional love,
You even tread cautiously,
But the canvas, ingrained with fear,
Mocks your efforts,
Revealing the same shades,
Time and time again.
Even when you strive,
To wield the brushes of success,
Bold and courageous,
Mixing victory and triumph,
The canvas betrays you,
For it is already adorned,
With the colours of your fears.
So, what can be done,
With this canvas of life,
So marred by fear's touch?
Perhaps,
"my dear friend,
It is not about erasing the stains,
But rather, embracing them,
For fear, too, has its purpose,
Its lessons to teach.
Let us not fight the canvas,
Instead, let us find solace,
In the harmony of contrasting shades,
For it is in the interplay,
Of light and shadow,
That true beauty emerges.
Embrace the colours,
Both dark and bright,
And let them dance together,
In a symphony of life.
For your canvas, my friend,
Is a masterpiece in its own right,
A testament to your resilience,
And the courage to create,
Amidst the colours of fear."
