I’m looking through my window

And what I can see I like

Golden brown leaves fallen

In the wind during the night

 

Autumn leaves

     Autumn breeze

        Autumn colours

            Autumn seas

 

Once summertime’s adjusted

Put our clocks back by an hour

It’s as if the sun has disappeared 

And been replaced by heavy showers

 

An extra hour in bed they say

Well that’s all well and good

For the nights are now much longer

And it’s cold and dark and rough
