‘I wish I could be happy, and wishful all the time

but there’s much more to Earth 

than just a rhythm and a rhyme. 

 

I wish I could ignore, and party all the time

and if that would suffice,

then for me it’s super fine!

 

But like the Rivers of Babylon, 

destroyed by endless wars.

The Human Condition goes on-and-on

and improvements just slowly come.

 

My consciousness did flicker

like a candle, on-and-off.

I’m not as mighty as the sun

nor enduring as The Love.

 

But I love the happy endings,

those on a happy note.

So I guess I’ll find my way again

the Earth my Spatial Boat. 

 

For there’s a time for negative

and lamenting as well.

Who knows what they don’t know?

And who is willing to tell?’
