how it feels when depression leaves my body:

 

the dark cloud has lifted

its like i've been gifted

with a new auric field

light and abundant

the rays shine on through

naked eye can see it too

i glow and theres room

for new beginnings

 

the darkness has lifted

and now i see clearly

the veil has gone

defense no longer needed

protection is potent

and my ancestors know it

they celebrate my achievements

and send love to my crown

 

the rain clouds have cleared

you are truly blissed, my dear

no longer will you grieve

for a man who would never recieve

all the light that you are

because you shine like a star

the glow is so visible

to know you're loved thoroughly

dance and sing again

romanticize your name

 

your life is so divine

the rainbows and the gold shine

happiness seeps through me

with every encounter

my healing hands i place

upon my ceiling of wonder

love and light i recieve

from source and i let it be

no longer dreaming of being unseen

seen and appreciated is good with me

 

so now you see the truth

it was all because of you

the limiting beliefs you festered

the unloved thoughts that nested

deep in your subconscious

no longer shall you be clouded

in judgements of your actions

you are deep satisfaction

love shall be recieved when you know what you truly need

self care isnt in the bubble baths

its truly in the belly laughs,

with people who see you for who you are
