Nornesaynce

T'was burbag and the truggled haze
Craggled around as marnocks played
Pent with holrocks and prewmans sap
Cundled under the wranten flack
Astrapped in heirans wurgled view
They slarvened ever in purndax dew

Ne'er betraven but oft brendelled
Camping hendrill under corflay's fendled
Warvend wendrass grew so forlaid
Knairtrune agfern as many crayed
Sumptumanic flosstrewn grown large
Bahnderstung in yain Prinsworn barge

Shenkerd larvacs fribbled arwraze
Bernsprain awlarn in frenturbic days
Pent up yender crafshorn dralls
Ti's ne'er to splenshan in the malls

Oops nearly missed this poem, Dave. It reminds me of the only play I was ever in on the school stage - The Jabberwocky - I played a momewrath and had to outgrabe! Very clever, Dave. xx

Hehe - well there you go - Ann was correct in her assumption :) I thought you might have read this one before on one of the other sites Larisa. It is a purely phonetic (or fun-etic)poem of nonsense, with a nod or 3 to Lewis Carroll :) Best wishes, Dave
