'Mildly erotic' anthology issues strict rules on metre
The editors of an anthology of “mildly erotic” verse are calling for submissions, with no limit placed on the number of poems you can send, but with the emphasis very definitely on metre. The Emma Press say: “The erotic element of the poems can be as apparent or barely-there as you like, but the writing has got to tick all the boxes: metre, pacing, form, language, and metre. Metre metre metre. The poems may need further editing, but if you can show that you can write then you’ll have our attention.
“As far as the mildly erotic element goes, you can come at it from whichever direction you like. What makes writing good and what makes it erotic are both highly subjective, so please don’t be offended if our tastes don’t match yours. We will read everything, however, and respond with our thoughts.”
The deadline is 17 May, with publication due in September 2013. More details

I appreciate the nod Anthony, but 'erotic'? I never really got past the adolescent fumbling stage.
