about Vietnam,

I do not give a shit

about destroying villages

nor paddy-fields,

I couldn't care less

about this poem

nor could I be bothered about

my neighbour's troubles

nor the shit that falls through

my letterbox

demanding payment-

as long as I can

fall back-wards and cry.
