From a Canadian friend

The hands are extending to your own Manchester
As the souls of many are lifted to the sky
In a breathless moment, the world turns to outcry
As the loss of young ones to the heaven's nester

The hearts are extending to your own Manchester
With the delicate thoughts to healing survivors
From the physical wounds to the mental drivers
All going from motions of this timely tester

May the hands and the hearts extend from across lands
To besiege this city and mourn with the others
Of the devastation left in grieving mothers

May the victims be mourned, remembered on high stands
As the compassion spreads for the sorrow was felt
Virtual hugs and kisses with tears that are heartfelt
