Butterfly Words
I like to write
to see the words
flit across the page
like beautiful butterflies
winged messengers
of thought
they weave and dip
until they land
upon the heart
and fold themselves
into you.

A delightful poem for which I thank you. Tell me, out of interest, do you write with pen or on a key board? I use a fountain pen and when the poem is more polished I commit it to the computer. Thank you.
