A doctor was having an affair with his nurse,

Discretion was paramount ,more than his marriage was worth.

Not wanting his wife to know,

To Italy to give birth he made the nurse go.

"But how will I let you know when the baby is born?"

"Send me a postcard with" spaghetti" on it the following morn."

Postcard came,"SPAGHETTI TIMES 4,2 WITH, 2 WITHOUT!"

It worked ,wife didn't have a clue what it was all about..
