Absolutely! So many organisations 'big up' their customer-centric policies, but have you ever tried to contact someone who can give you a straight answer. I've had occasion to contact one such organisation on a couple of occasions recently, and both times I was directed to a web-chat queue. And was bombarded with obviously automated messages about how much they valued......
