Thank you so much Taylor. I wrote this to Tia Torres. She has a reality show to help pay for her pit bull rescue. I am addicted to her show. What they do for dogs is remarkable.
I have been afraid of large dogs...pit bulls at the top of the list. I was attacked by a dog 30 years ago. I still struggle with the injuries. Tia is responsible with that breed. She is aware they need experienced owners and matches up adoptee with dog. If a dog is truly a danger she does euthanize them. Bad breeding is a reality.
Her family works with her as do parolees which explains the "behind cold steel bars" That speaks to the parolees and the dogs in her kennels. She is truly inspiring.
