We understand the true power of words,

The difference it makes to be heard or unheard,

We understand that the rhythm and tone,

Mean much more than just the word on it's own,

That to construct and destruct a single idea,

The rhythm, the tone and the words must be clear.

 

Words are a precious and beautiful thing,

Words have changed world's with the insights they bring,

"I have a dream," and, "Tear down that wall!"

But they've also caused civilisations to fall.

Words that once heard have caused torture and pain,
