A good poem Mae. I'm not sure about it being a Haiku. Do category labels matter? Probably not when it is such a good poem.

Thank you dear Fish! I've given this a lot of thought... It doesn't quite apply to the original rules of Haiku. Then again what do you call a three-lined non-rhyming verse? I'd better take down the Haiku from the title.
