ANGER
How anger comes we do not know
yet once inside it seems to grow
and somehow we, though unaware
assume its grip of dark despair
Not knowing how it all began
we try to let it out again
and send it meanly, right or wrong
to those we chance to come upon
Those innocents, who on that day
accidentally got in our way
becoming targets of our wrath
who blamelessly, just crossed our path
To them, if we are to be wise
we should respect, apologize
for how were they to ever know
what angry mood the wind would blow
Gentlemen, we must be clear
do not offend the ones held dear
should anger rise then rise above
not take it out on those you love
When anger rises, leave unsaid
ensuring anger is not spread
what is let loose comes back again
what lies inside is best kept in.

Great writing - and, unfortunately, how true! 'When anger rises leave unsaid, ensuring anger is not spread,' should always be remembered.
