Up in heaven there is a club.

Full of people that I love.

I have named it “Happy” because you’ll see,

Everyone is as jolly as can be.

There are no illnesses or unhappy thoughts,

No broken bones or negative reports.

Just laughter and merriment all around,

If only we could see this from the ground.

I’d like to visit and see my friends,

Go to the place where sadness ends.

Being together, again at last,

Remembering faces from my past.

I like to imagine, everyone in one place,

Strangers laughing together would be pretty ace.

Gugs would be with Mac, plus Grandad and June,

Everyone together singing a merry tune.

At least this is what I hope for, up in heaven each day,

If I could see them together, I’d happily pay.

But I must wait with patience, just like the rest,

Until it is my time to join the club as a new guest.
